Welcome to the Northern California Chapter

The Northern California Chapter of Artist for Climate Awareness is a new chapter centered in the San Francisco Bay Area, but includes all of northern California. If you have an idea for an event or activity, please contact Patricia (below).

See Central Coast Good Fire Fair, October 5 at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, where Patricia Larenas will demonstrate making charcoal paint from burned redwood trees.

Making Charcoal Paint

We’re planning a couple of workshops where we’ll make soil and charcoal paints, and have time to make art at this beautiful redwood preserve in the Santa Cruz Mountains.  Our host is the Land Trust of Santa Cruz County and the Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST).

 MOUNTAIN VIEW’S EARTH DAY CELEBRATION 

SATURDAY APRIL 20th, 2024

CITY OF ATHERTON’S ANNUAL EARTH DAY FESTIVAL
