Laura Filbert Zacher
Laura Filbert Zacher is an amateur Missouri artist who has always enjoyed drawing and painting. In recent years she has been exploring watercolors. Her interest for the environment began in the 1970s while studying park management, then community development.
Laura works full time in CD, painting when time allows.
