Tables, chairs, and several art supplies will be provided. There is room for as many as 25 participants.  In case of rain, we will meet indoors at 1907 S. Carol Carter will lead participants in incorporating pollinators such as butterflies and bees into artwork inspired by the flora found in the Maxwell Street Community Garden. Anne Farley Gaines will share her expertise in using mixed-media materials to capture the essence of this urban oasis. In addition to paint , some of the materials she will use will be Asian papers and adhesives, plus natural materials such as bark, leaves and pine needles.

Join the discussion on the essential role of preserving pollinators in our global ecosystems and agriculture.
