Artist Jessica Kovan leads this creative and reflective workshop using journaling and artmaking to process emotions related to climate change and actions to heal and move forward in these chaotic times. This workshop provides a safe space for self-reflection and creative expression, helping participants connect with their emotions and explore ways to cope with climate anxiety. Students should bring their favorite journal to work in; all other materials will be supplied. We will work with colored pencils, watercolors, pen, and paper to create from the heart. Bring a bag lunch and join us in this creative and cathartic workshop!
