Join us for an empowering workshop presented by Robyn Skuya-Boss (director of the Sierra Club Hoosier Chapter) and hosted by Artists for Climate Awareness. This workshop is designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively communicate with legislators about the environmental issues that matter most.

This training will focus on the ongoing Indiana Legislative session, highlighting bills of particular interest to environmentalists. Participants will gain valuable insights into which legislative members they need to contact, the best methods to reach them, and how to craft brief, impactful messages. The workshop will include training on having conversations over the phone, ensuring you are well-prepared to make your voice heard.

This workshop serves as a prelude to future spin-off events, which will feature art-making sessions for use in the State House, as well as phone banking and card-writing gatherings. Join us in this crucial effort to advocate for environmental change, one voice at a time.

Location: Dimension Mill,  642 N Madison St, Bloomington, IN 47404
