A watercolor and mixed-media workshop to be given by Carol Carter, St. Louis watercolor artist, and Anne Farley Gaines, Chicago multi-media artist and muralist.
Both artists are members of Artists for Climate Awareness, which is sponsoring these workshops.

These two lively workshops will be given at the MAXWELL STREET COMMUNITY GARDEN, 1150 W. 13th Street, Chicago, IL 60608. Tables, chairs, and several art supplies will be provided. There is room for as many as 25 participants. In case of rain, we will meet indoors at S0S Children’s Villages across the street.
Cost: $165 per day or $295 for both days.
From each payment, a portion will go toward an annual membership in Artists for Climate Awareness and a portion to MSCG. Several supplies will be donated, and a suggested supply list will be sent to all who choose to participate.

Completed works from these two workshops may be selected for an exhibition of works at a Chicago gallery on climate awareness.
Artists for Climate Awareness is pleased to offer this workshop as part of its series to help artists learn how to use art as a way to bring social awareness to conservation efforts in your communities.
As such, a portion of the workshop fee will go toward a Contributors membership in Artists for Climate Awareness.
Each participant will be automatically considered a member of Artists for Climate Awareness at the Contributor’s level (equivalent to $35) for one year.
