Come to the Second Annual “Paint Bloomington!” RAIN OR SHINE!
Plein Air paint-out for all, plus free optional art classes 10 am–3 pm.
Art supplies provided. Artists for Climate Awareness and others will provide scheduled demonstrations, with Artists for Climate Awareness providing demonstrations of mixed media art journaling (all ages); making art from natural materials; painting marine life in watercolor (older children, young adults); painting watercolor pollinators with resist techniques (all ages); and all-day children’s activities!
Hosted by Arts Alliance of Greater Bloomington, Artists for Climate Awareness, Bloomington Watercolor Society, Portrait Group, Upland Plein Air, and Bloomington Parks & Recreation.
All ages welcome! Artists’ demonstrations, music, and storytelling throughout the day! Picnickers, friends, family are all welcome!
CREATE ART – submit your work for judging if you please, but everyone can show their art!
